Patricia Weber, Director of Operations, oversees all closing and title processes, including: staff management, workflow, and oversight; title curative; clearing requirements; file close and disbursement; and escrow.  Prior to joining 24 Asset Management Corp, Ms. Weber owned her own title shop for 25 years where she balanced all aspects of closing and closed 600 to 1,000 loans per month.
